FAQs

What services do you offer?

1

We work with adults and couples who are high-functioning, thoughtful, and often outwardly successful, yet feel internally tense, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that insight alone has not shifted.

Our work can integrate trauma therapy, relational therapy, and sex therapy. This combination allows us to work not only with understanding and insight, but with how experience is stored and organized in the nervous system.

People often come in for concerns such as anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, relational or attachment difficulties, trauma, and emotional or sexual disconnection. The work is tailored rather than protocol-driven, and shaped by what your system is ready to process.

How do I get started?

2

Getting started begins with a brief consultation. This is a space to talk about what’s bringing you in, ask questions, and get a sense of whether the way I work feels like a good fit.

There is no expectation to have a clear formulation or to “know exactly what you need.” Many people come in with a sense that something isn’t settled, even if they can’t fully articulate it yet.

Many people skip the consultation and start with a few sessions. That works for me as well.

What makes you different?

3

Many people I work with already understand themselves well and have previously been to therapy. What tends to be missing is not insight, but integration.

We do spend time putting the dots together, but rather than focusing exclusively on talking about your experience, the work also engages the body, nervous system, and emotional brain. Deep change happens when patterns are worked with at the level at which they were formed—through neuroplasticity, not willpower.

We move at a deliberate pace, tracking what happens in real time rather than pushing for cognitive breakthroughs. Your intellect and ambition are not pathologized or dismantled; they are integrated alongside emotional and somatic awareness so that functioning no longer requires constant internal effort.

What if I travel frequently or have an unpredictable schedule?

4

Many of my clients travel regularly for work or family, sometimes across multiple time zones. Sessions can often continue via secure video, with scheduling primarily dependent on time zone alignment and licensing considerations at the time of the session. When travel is anticipated, we plan ahead to maintain continuity in a way that is thoughtful and sustainable.
