Building a culture where clinical excellence and therapist wellbeing are equally valued. We're seeking a psychologist who values depth over volume.

We are building a small, specialized practice serving individuals and couples throughout California and New York. We're looking for a licensed psychologist to join us in doing meaningful, integrative work with clients who are ready to move from performance to presence.

About Our Practice

We specialize in working with unique people—ambitious, thoughtful individuals who have built impressive lives but find themselves struggling with disconnection, burnout, relational strain, or the gap between external success and internal alignment.

Our approach integrates trauma therapy (EMDR, Deep Brain Reorientation), relational therapy (Emotionally Focused Therapy), sex therapy, and somatic/mind-body practices. We work at the intersection of nervous system regulation, relational healing, and sustainable wellbeing.

"We believe that sustainable, transformative therapy requires therapists who are themselves well-resourced, connected, and engaged in their own growth. We're building a practice where clinical excellence and therapist wellbeing are equally valued."

What Makes Us Different

Intentionally Small Caseloads: We prioritize quality over quantity. Every client receives attentive, personalized care—and every therapist has the space to do their best work.

Depth Over Volume: We're not a high-volume practice. We value meaningful therapeutic relationships and the kind of work that requires time, presence, and attunement.

Integration Over Specialization Alone: While we each have areas of expertise, we value the integration of multiple modalities rather than single-approach therapy.

Relational Culture: Our practice culture is rooted in mindfulness, relational attunement, collaboration, and ongoing learning. You'll have regular consultation and peer support.

The BeTogether Framework

Our practice is grounded in the BeTogether Framework—an integrative approach that recognizes we cannot be a self by ourselves. Healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships. This framework brings together trauma therapy, relational healing, and somatic practices to help clients understand how past experiences impact their present, reconnect with their authentic selves, and develop capacity for meaningful connection. It's not about fixing what's broken—it's about creating space for wholeness.
