An EMDR intensive is a concentrated format of EMDR therapy — typically 6 to 12 hours across 2 to 3 consecutive days, tailored to the client's availability and goals. Therapy treats clinical conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relational trauma, and works with history, identity, and the nervous system. Many clients move between the two as the work demands.
