A thoughtful, confidential space for women navigating the inner and outer transitions of perimenopause and sexual health.
Perimenopause can be a powerful invitation to know yourself differently—to choose what you want with greater clarity and develop a more intimate relationship with your body, desire, and life.
Intentionally small to support confidentiality and meaningful participation
Perimenopause is more than a hormonal transition, it can be a profound turning point in identity, intimacy, relationships, energy, and self-trust.
Our Perimenopause Women’s Talking Circle is a safe, confidential, intelligently guided space for women to speak honestly about what is changing in their bodies and lives, from hormonal care and desire to shifts in relationships, pleasure, capacity, purpose, and the question of who you are becoming.
Too often, women are expected to navigate this transition privately, without a trusted place to learn, reflect, and connect with others. In this intentionally small circle, participants will find honest conversation, shared space, practical tools, and research-based psychoeducation on mental wellness and sexual health. This is for women who want room to reflect on what is changing in their bodies and lives, gain language for their experience, and reconnect with their own agency.
The group will integrate credible information with facilitated conversation, reflection, connection and shared learning—giving women both practical context and a confidential space to consider what these changes mean in their own lives.
What We’ll Explore Over five gatherings, the circle will make space for meaningful shared conversation around:
Perimenopause as a physical, emotional, relational, and developmental transition
Mood, stress, confidence, identity, and changing capacity
Sexual health, desire, intimacy, pleasure, and communication in relationships
Body changes, body image, energy, and self-trust
Relationships—with partners, family, work, and oneself
Research-based psychoeducation and sexual education related to perimenopause
Personal agency: listening to your needs, naming what matters, and making choices with greater clarity
